Drama

Hey Guys welcome to my blog this is the plan of the process for our play its about bullies, The charters are Stryk

My Friends roles are Grynd and boot


The story is about like these mean bullies  who picked on little kids. They do  not listen to teachers they always talk  back.

Process For today  we need to practice who says what and we need practice our action and our movements .

Fizz and mentos

Aim: To see what fizzy drink reacts to the most with mementos lollies

I think that the coke is going to fizz the most because that the only one I know works ._.

Ingredients:

ruler

beaker

fizzy

mementos                                 how much it fizzes


          

                            Lemonade 0/10 Yuck

                                coke fizzed a tiny bit 6/10

                                sparkling duet  5/10

Rainbow paper

aim: to separate colours by using the processing of chromatography

Definition: chromatography is a method of separating out materials from a mixture using liquid 

Materials:

1. boiling tube

2. pen marker

3. Water

4.: filter paper

5. scissors.

6. Test tube stand 

7.Ruler

8. pencil

Process

Step 1. Cut up fliter paper into strips ready to write on with felt pens

Step 2. Rule a line 1cm from the bottom of the paper strip

Step 3. put 8ml of water into the bottom of the boling tube

Step 4. Draw two coloured pen dots on the pencil line

Step 5. Drop paper strip into the boling tube and once its touching the bottom of the water you can crease the top of the paper over.

skittles

Aim To separate the colours from the skittles by using chromatography.

chromatography us technique fir the separation of a mixture  by passing it in solution or suspension thorough a medium in which the components move at different rates.

Materials

1.6 skittles

2.water

3. Petri dish

4.Beaker

Process

Get a beaker 

step 1. get you equip mwn set up ready to pour the 50ml of water into the petri dish with skittles

step 2. Place the skittles.

step 3. pour 50ml of water gently into the middle of the petri dish around the dish

step 4. Record your results on the table below.

3d sea animals

  Kia ora, Welcome back to another blog post. Last week we had to do a task,Were we had to make 3D things.                                                                                                                                                            My group and I chose what we made ...we chose sea animals. Then our teacher printed the sheets.Then you have to cut it out. Then you have to glue it together.                                                                                     The options were squid, turtle, shark. But the shark got thrown out and we lost the turtle.

Osmosis-Gummy bear

 Osmosis: The movement of solvent through the wall of a solid.

Aim: 

I want find out what happens ti Gummy Bear when we put them into different liquids.

Prediction:

I think that the gummy bears with shrink or grown in the liquids

Method:

Equipment

.Three solutions -water sugar and salt

. Four gummy bears of the same colour

.Two Petri dishes

.Marker pen

. Electronic Balance

.Measuring cylinder 

.Beaker

Steps

.Get your equipment 

. Label petri dishes with dry,Water, Salt water,Sugar water

.Weigh gummy bears and  record their weigbht on the petri dish.

.Add 40mL of the solution into the petri dish

 Hello reader, welcome to my blog post. today I'm going to talk about Hands on fire witch is when you light your hands on fire, Here are 4 things you will need to do. First is to wear goggles to protect there eyes, 2 is extinguisher,3 tie back hair, 4 listen to the teacher to make sure you know what your doing. 

               

Equipment

1. Detergent

2. Lighter.

3. safety glasses

4. gas

5.tray

6. tray

 Instructions

1. Collect your equipment

2. put some water in the tray

3. squirt some detergent  in the water

4. Put on your safety glasses

5. tie up long hair

6. Take off any jewellery 

7. wet your hands, wrists and arms

8. bubble the gas into water

9. scoop the bubbles not the water

10. Hold the bubbles in front of your face with your arms locked

11. then light on fire

Floods

 Today I will be talking about floods that have been happening in New Zealand (29-31 May, 2021). 

The floods have caused the bridges to break .The Rain has been extreme for the past few days.The flood have made the river overload and flood the roads and many people min heavily flooded areas have to leave their properties. Farmers have had fences buried in big slips and some animals were drowned. Luckily my house wasn't too damaged, but it did have some leaks kin the roof. Did you suffer any damage?
